We were so excited for our first chapel this week! For now, chapel is held in the classrooms. To make it a little extra special, the teachers brought their bibles from home, and we had battery operated candles!
The children got ready for chapel while they listened to “This is the day that the Lord has made.” You can find the version we listened to HERE.
We always start chapel by stretching our arms up high and saying “Thank you Lord for this day!”
Our bible verse this month is “All things were made by God.” John 1:3. Our chapel lesson was how God created the world in 7 days. The children loved to hear what God created each day, and had fun brainstorming all the wonderful things God added.
Our God is an awesome God!
