Here is a peek into the second week of school!
3’s
Our 3 year old classes had a great week making new friends and practicing their classroom routines.
They worked out their fine motor muscles through art, toys, and identified the first letter in their names.
They talked about feelings and learned how God made them all so special!
PreK
Our PreK students were busy with centers and art projects relating to two books, Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom and If You Take a Mouse to School.
Exploring and sorting shells was a favorite among everyone!
They practiced using scissors and a glue stick by making a beautiful collage with paint samples.
Bible Verse
“And do not forget to do good and share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” – Hebrews 13:16
Our PreK students learned how it makes both God and themselves happy to share and by being kind to others. They made a necklace to share with a friend.
Lunch Bunch
Our lunch bunchers enjoyed the story Changes Changes and a visit from “Mr. Magoo”. Mr. Magoo helps to make sure they eat most of their lunch before having their special treats!
