This week was all about the letter D and pets! What a great week filled with celebrating Dads, dinosaurs, dogs, and pets!

We had so much fun talking about the pets we have at home, or the pets we would like to have. Our 3s loved having their own tiny pet book they could read at home!
To go with the letter “D”, we had so much fun Drawing Dad, Dancing with scarves, and of course Dinosaurs!

How can you learn about the letter D with out a Dinosaur Day?! We worked hard at cutting and putting in number order a dinosaur puzzle, created our own “shape-a-saurus”, and made dinosaur headbands!
For our Pet Week, students measured pets, made puppy puppets, created leashes for their pets and learned a fun new way to draw a dog!
Pet and letter “Dd” week is a favorite for sure!
