This week we learned about all things “B”! In Chapel we continued the creation story and talked about all the Beautiful, Bountiful animals that God created! We went on “Bee” hunts in the garden and decorated big B’s with blue things, played blue balloon pop and celebrated blue day on Thursday! Welcome back Mrs. Brimhall The Brave butterflies welcomed their new teacher Mrs. Tiffany Brimhall. She had previously taught kindergarten and most recently was our 3’s Loving ladybugs teacher. Last year she as sub for us when enrollment was down. Please help us welcome her back to preschool and into the new role as Pre-K teacher and lunch bunch teacher on Wednesday’s. Week two of school and we are starting to get our routine down! This week we worked on sharing and still getting acquainted to our teachers and friends. The weather was cooler after some rain and we were able to stay on the playground for outside recess. Every week we post a little insight of what is happening at Preschool! This week was all about learning our routine and getting used to being at school. It was great to see returning families and get to know the new incoming families. We had a great week back and the kids did so well! We are really looking forward to an amazing year!
What a busy last week of school, we celebrated muffins with mom on Tuesday. Had our final chapel on Thursday and said good bye to our chapel buddies. WORMS!!! We added worms to our day at preschool! We played with them and even painted with (gummy) worms! Butterflies! This week our caterpillars turned into butterflies! Each class got to observe the transformation in class and then they released the butterflies into the garden. This is always such a special experience!
